Pay advance for no order & then forget with rediff

I am really disappointed by the delayed service and just fake commitment with my order delivery. With the vendor, he just gave me a false claim saying he would deliver the order.


I am in Australia currently and I wanted the cake to be delivered on 28/12/17 to my brother-in-law on his birthday. I called the vendor: Pramod Kumar personally and even texted him, requesting a same day delivery. He committed he would but it’s 4 months(heights!) and the order hasn’t been delivered.


Such a disappointment that I was not even informed that the order hasn’t been delivered till date and was only assured that it would be delivered by 29/12/17 afternoon at least.


After several emails and calls, the executive Vikas told me that it’s 3 months and they can’t help me with anything. Another executive Abhishek is simply copying and pasting the company customers grievance statement saying that sorry for inconvenience and we are working towards better updates. Hah! I shall soon be taking a legal action against the company now.
