Recently, I ordered rakhi for my my brother on behalf of my sister. The Rakhi was not delivered, and due to silly reason of Door Closed(which is a general excuse which the courier services put) to cover for their blunders, was returned back to the source.
Now on the Site of Rediff.com, there is no place where you can file a complaint, further, do not know if they will be giving me a refund for the same.
So would suggest, folks not to use rediff.com, for sending expensive gifts. As I do not see any provision for refund. Especially this is even painful when you are not in India, and cannot follow up or keep a track.
