Rediffmail’s server is always down and cause problem. Perhaps, they have expanded their customer base without improving service infr-structure. Whenever, you try to log into the mail, it always crashes. The service is down or server is not able to support the services.
When they moved to new version of Rediffmail, initially its presentation was ok. But the services were always poor. Still, the classic view of rediffmail makes some sense but the new look as well as its services are very poor.
Apart from that sometimes, you try to use functionality such as delete or move to folder, it will not work. It is not worth at all until rediff improves its infrastructure.
