Lightning Fast, they say it is so i, an year old hotmail, netaddress, Indiatimes etc. user, decided to test it and believe me I completed my test in five minutes, coz thats what it takes to sign-up an account, customize it, even set up and recieve mails from your pop mail server(in my case it was yahoo.com)and read them(18 mails in my case), delete unwanted mails and move rest to archives and reply to two of them. And so long we cursed VSNL for slow connections or can we say neccessity is the need for invention, anyways a great relief for the dejected users of almost all other webmail services(especially these days during that optical cable crisis). Its nice to see tht rediff developed a webmail keeping Indian conditions in mind. One can easily call this the first webmail of the Indians for the indians & by the Indians.
there’re some minor hiccups like there is no automatic timer settings for checking your pop mails from other sites so each time you log on you have to check it personally but i’am sure these things will be overcome with time.
So if you thought that checking mails was the most tedious, time consuming job then try rediffmail you will definately be blown over by this Great Indian Product. A Must , atleast for surfers in India.
