Hi every body !
i am using rediffmail services for last one year. at that time it was very nice to have its services but now I have felt that mailing has become slow. reason may be that the user base has increased with the increase of its popularity so the mail server may not be able to handle the traffic.. but till the mailing is ok. other thing is that rediffmail hasn’t beed changed and there is no value addition as it is in case of hotmail.one more thing is tat the attachments through many times suffers and I have listen various times on this issue. today when other sites are contineously adding value addition and making it customer friendly but rediffmail is till snailing on this front.
no doubt rediffmail is very popular today and enjoys a large customer base but it must improve and offer values because today these services are available in abundance.
