Its the worst service center I have seen in my life.
No process in place. Not enough staff. Their technicians are like waste fellows. I gave my Motorolla V8 Luxury Edition phone (Gold plated- Extremely costly and delicate mobile).
These people did not take proper care first of all. They committed me 15 days to service but took 2 months. Technicians could not open the phone for 1 month and when they opened it they spoiled my phone completely. Scratches all over the gold plating, dents on the surface.
And due to this they make me waiting for 2 months. and finally when the guy returned me the phone; he was smiling as if he has done excellent service.
Because of Redington being service center for Motorola Mobiles I would suggest DO NOT BUY MOTOROLA PHONES AS FOR SERVICE YOU HAVE TO GO TO REDINGTON!!!!!
