I bought a earbuds.model S of redmi brand .in the beginning they were good .but within 1-2 week.one of the bud was not connected to my ph.so I rushed to customer care. .they made me sit for an hour and in the end they told me that it’s ok.it was just carbon on the charging points and we have cleaned it .so now it will work properly. So I came back home with some satisfaction.but after 2 days same problem occured .and this time they were not charging too. so it’s highly dissatisfied that new product even after a visit to its care didn’t works properly.i dont recommend this.
