I bought 1 Reebok backpack from Reebok store in Phoenix Mall, Bengaluru.
And I am highly disappointed with the quality of this bag.
They charged me 3500 INR around for this bag and I thought Reebok products are good. But it was hopeless.
I bought this bag and went home.
Next day when I took this with me to work, the same day it got torn from upside. The small handle also broke I Justin kept only 2 or 3 notebooks and file. I just can’t understand Reebok charges high amount but they don’t want to provide good quality stuff. Being a brand if you don’t work on your products then what is the use of showing advertisements all the time.

Customer service - customer service is useless, store people misguided me.they said it is waterproof and strong blah blah. all lies
Staff courtesy- what to say.all is useless.
Value for money - NOT AT ALL. it is very expensive with a bad quality.
Not a good product.
