I do a lot of crossfit and high intensity training as I am doing martiarts the soles have been holding well since more than 2 weeks and I jog approximately around 10 to 12 kms a day 4 5 times a week and mainly on asphalted surfaces or on offroad sides soo I guess this footwear is durable dor a long run
