Poor Quality & poor response

I had purchased one T. Shirt from Reebok Show Room No. 3 Shreem Shalini, Alkapuri, Vadodara on 10th June, Bill. No.- Not mentioned (manual bill) on wearing of the T. shirt I found some thing itching the chest hair, it may be the chain or the inner stitching. I contacted Mr. Satish the owner of the show room and told him about the problem, he told me that he is not bothered, once the T shirt is been sold, whether you are comfortable or not.


After long debate, he told me that as I have worn the T shirt, and the tag is not there so he is helpless, Mr. Mayur Bhuva, as introduced by himself as Area Sales Manager (Not having the Card) was also sitting there, he was also having the same opinion of his retailer, where as the inner stitching was not having the uniform pattern of stitching, but it seemed that they are least concern for the company’s reputation or customer care. When I asked Mr. Mayur Bhuva, is your company allowing you to issue the manual bills with rubber stamp on it, he was answerless. His behavior was also rude and indifferent.


It is not possible for anyone to know the comfort or trouble without wearing the cloth; moreover if the tag was so much essential then it should be mentioned on the bill (Printed) and should be displayed in the show room.


I have written number of mails to customer.care@reebok.com, but I could not get any response till date.


It seems that the entire Reebok management does not believe in taking the customer’s care and they do not have the simple courtesy to address their customer’s grievances.
