I bought a pair of reebok shoes from the company showroom in the month of may 2009, sadly I noticed after couple of weeks that the rubberised pain which was on the reebok logo got washed away, and it was looking so dull .I approached the showroom owner for the same and he assured me that the shoe will be replaced in 2 weeks time period.As the time frame allocated to me for the replacement ended I was informed that it isnt a manufacturing defect.It has happened due to some chemical contact with the shoe.I persisted with my explanation that It is the poor quality of the material used in your chinese manufacturing hubs which has resulted in such poor quality product.I said that I have been using my woodlands from past 3 years and they are still like new.I approached the company representative , either to give me a new pair of shoes of I will approach the consumer forum.He said I am helpless in this situation and I cant give you the replacement .Hence, I have now talen a decision not to go for any reebok product in future.It ia a company which sources its products from cheap chinese hubs and sells it at a much higher costs in developed countries.Also , in terms of quality I bought a non-branded pair of shoe which was manufactured in agra factory and is still in good shape.I recommend to all of my readers to stop buying these MNC products which believe in just overly priced, poor quality products.Thanks
