I have been Buying Rebook apparels for some time now, However I had never got a Reebok Shoe Till Date. I went to a Reebok Showroom in Kormangala(Asha Complex, HGRetail) and there was also a 40% FLAT OFF Offer. I asked the sales man for a Shoe that would suit Flat Feet / Over-Pronator, And My Size was 10 / 11. He was able to get only 2 Types of shoes in that Size and Said both are good for my feet. only one was size 11 and Was looking good too, It Felt like a lot of Cusion, I asked him whether It would Suit Me and My Flat feet, He was affirmative. Therefore I ended Up Buying it, Model is a "Barcelona Fury".
I still had doubts, A friend of mine then told me that teh Shoes was all wrong, It was the apposite of whats required and the Shoe had no Support Parts required for a Over-Pronator and the I went around searching for the Spec and It was true, It was a Wrong Choice.
I called Up the Outlet to check if I could exchange the same for a Higher Shoes(The ones which were widely Suggested for Me) either the Premier Control, or the Reebok Premier Road Plus KFS / KFS V, Which was surely a Upgrade. Initially they said they dont have stock of the same, etc. They took My Number, etc. after which they Bluntly Said that It cannot be exchanged as its bought in the sale period.
I would Suggest all to Kindly do your research(I know some people dont care much about the Shoes Spec/ Feet especially in INDIA, If You are a Normal Foot Guy thats well and good) and Dont ever Belive in the sales Guy( I belive all HGRetail Outlets maybe the same, I however thing the persons in teh Brigade road are Good)(Although teh sales Man was Extreemly Good in his Language Shills and Being Polite)
