HR department is not good. The HR had fights with employees. The HR department behaves like the employees are Enemies of them. Not co-operative at all.
Work is not good. Some so called managers and team leaders think that the one who stays late is a good candidate, but many people stays late here and they dont work at all, but there is no proper judgement for who works and who dnt work.
Salary structure is too bad. Who will do hard work will get less salary and who will become "chamcha" of manager will get good salary.
Many people who are not trained well, who dnt have management skills and even they cant speak simple English, have become TL/mgrs here.
Basically, who can’t shift in other companies, stays in this company for long time.
