The RIMS hospital is one of the recognised hospital by the whole people of Manipur. Many patients on any injuries or health issues visit the hospital for check-ups and other purposes related with health conditions. But the service that has to be provide by a hospital to there patients is very lack and slow in RIMS. There is less number of Doctors, Nurses and workers more than what is exactly required. Sometimes the money charges for check-ups is too expensive and some people find difficulties with the fees charged by the hospital to there patients.
