I sincerely hope this honest sharing of my pathetic experience with RegisterKaro will be of some help to you if are planning to avail their services.
Looks like I got scammed by RegisterKaro. They were supposed to file the annual taxes BUT they did not do it. Since the deadline was fast approaching I had to file taxes on my own. SERVICES from RegisterKaro are never delivered. They are very prompt in following up for payments, BUT after that they become incommunicado. Now it is due for filing quarterly GST and they are not reachable.
Background info so it is helpful for others:
Upon signing up for a service, RegisterKaro creates a WhatsApp group and add about 10-12 people in it with all fancy names like legal, compliance etc. This group is promised as the main point of contact, BUT Nobody responds in this group. Any message posted in the group goes unanswered. I have tried to call each contact in that group individually nobody picks up the call. Group call also goes unanswered. Many numbers are also dead and I got the message saying either the number is disconnected or out of coverage area. THIS IS A SERIOUS PRIVACY ISSUE AS WE ARE REQUESTED TO SEND OUR PERSONAL DOCUMENTS LIKE PAN, AADHAR IN THIS GROUP.
Support at registerKaro.in is another email address, promised as a single point of contact to escalate issues. When email is sent, automated ticket is opened, BUT no action is taken at that time.
+91 844774xxxx /+91.80.6925.xxxx is RegisterKaro’s main contact numbers to reach out to somebody in case of any issues. When you call this number, and select the option as support for existing customers, nobody picks up the call. But if you select the option as a new customer, they are always there to pick up the call and sign you up for services based on false promises.
If you reach out to a sales person and express your frustration and request to get help, they will forward the request internally and you may get a call from Grievance(if you are lucky). I did get a call from Grievance and was promised that it will be resolved soon. BUT nothing happened. When I tried to call back the number from which I got the call, It was answered by a lady who promptly denied being an employee of RegisterKaro. Extremely unprofessional.
Another key issue that I would like to highlight is the high rate of attrition. Someone signs you up for a service and they leave the company. But their number is still in the whatsapp group. This attrition is a key indication of the company culture and their ability to support customers.
