This has been one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a company. They claim to have in-house auditors, but in reality, everything is outsourced. You only find this out after making the payment.
My GST is still not received because they mentioned the wrong address in the MCA certificate, and it has been rejected twice because of their mistake. I even paid separately for the auditor, but theres still no refund despite multiple follow-ups.
Their sales team is very active before payment constant calls, big promises but once you pay, the communication just disappears. Ive sent multiple emails, messages on WhatsApp groups, and still, no proper response.
Honestly, its been a terrible and unprofessional experience. They overpromise, underdeliver, and avoid accountability. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with your money or documents.
