All the expectations listed in the job sounds to make the job advertisement attractive are mendacious and far-fetched. There are no special discounts for employees. There is no bonus for the majority of employees. This bonus is announced again and again when a questionable trigger point of the quarter is reached. Which is never reached despite high revenues. As if that wasnt frustrating enough, as an employee you receive an email with the subject Bonus with an attached Excel file as a reminder. It then lists a bonus of €0.00. This is so ridiculous and shameful. The customers are being fleeced like a Christmas goose with regularly increasing contract costs. On the other hand, the management announces one improvement after the next to make things even more difficult for staff and customers. Customers can only contact the accounting department to a limited extent and only by e-mail. The accounting department based in Manila can contact the employees, but they cannot contact the accounting department. Communication in terms of customer support is also a complicated process. IT is generated exclusively by Indian outsourced people and only via chat, ticket system or call. Technical requirements that completely exceed the knowledge of the employees are left to their own devices sitting alone in one location. Even if help is needed from specialist staff on site, you only get instructions from superiors on who to contact next non-verbally online without any hope of solving the problem. Customer complaints pile up and you are the sole entertainer, exposed to all operational but not self-solving problems. All possibilities are gradually being taken away from you so that you are actually only on site to tell the customer that you are providing service by explaining to the customer how to do everything himself via portal etc.pp. even programs like Word Excel and Co have been replaced by free low-budget apps.
All this just to save as much money as possible. There is no Christmas party. There is no vacation bonus. There is no feedback on your own performance. Even orders have been restructured into a confusing stock and take internal system where you cant even see the product description of all items. Neither scotch tape nor sticky notes can be ordered for an ongoing office organization. When something out of the norm is needed, it is a lengthy and unnecessary and challenging struggle to even get what is needed to work. A new location without instruction in the trades proves to be a cornucopia to explore where you have to work for weeks with your personal cell phone as if it were a computer with keyboard and mouse. Even if youre totally lost because an out-of-touch responsible person has taken your only laptop with them, you have to beg, apply for permission in the ticket system and justify why, why, why. Hours and days of nerve-wracking work to get a device that gives you access to your inbox and the company portal, which is the number one work tool for doing this job. Anyone who has not experienced for themselves what this slave operator does to its staff would not believe it. The current market capitalization is 1.69 billion and then you get a below-average salary as an employee, while the management fills its pockets and offers less and less service for constantly rising prices. It is an outrage that it is allowed to pay such a decent salary with such a market share.
