UPDATED! 09/08/2013- Well moaning at a company for getting it wrong is easy. However, when companies get it right it is easy to ignore. I wondered about whether to delete the review or just update. I have chosen to update as companies can make mistakes, and sometimes big ones. However what is more important to me, than the problem, is the resolution.
I have to say Regus has gone over and above in fixing our issues. Even though we are only a small client, they have actually worked very hard to make sure we are happy and restored my faith in their business. I have had many calls from an extremely helpful person called Suzanne who has kept every single one of her times, call backs and promises to date.
So much so that I have decided to try their service again for a couple of months and I will be seeing how it goes. I have had a call from the Call Centre Manager who has worked through the set-up sheet with me and made sure everything is spot on. I can say if it goes according to plan this service will be perfect for our business model. I will post again in a month to see how it is all getting along.
But if promises are kept, business service levels are delivered to the expected levels from these conversations. I will actually be recommending this business to our clients.
