I had a very bad experience with Regus. They negotiated concessions in our agreement, but failed to put them in. Once I pointed this out, they agreed to honor them. But they did not honor them honestly. They over charged, resulting in a huge discrepancy. When I objected, they threatened to shut off the Internet and telephone if I did not pay.
Finally, when my lease came up for renewal, they offered me a slight concession, but the well was so poisoned that I could not stomach going to the office. There was no one to talk to but the center manager, who followed marching orders, but never gave a fair hearing to my side of the story. The dispute couldve been resolved, but they refused to discuss it. For that reason, mainly, I rate my experience with the company as being very poor, and a substantial drag upon my business.
