I thought Regus Chennai was a good business centre. Believe me, it was good for the initial few months. The sales guy was very pleasant and nice before signing the contract. Then everything (every little thing) becomes chargeable at more that 5 start hotel rates. We cant have an internet line put in but must use their. Data card becomes the only choice. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. every little thing is charged.
The worst is the auto renewal feature. BEWARE of their contract. After about 10 months, they sent a renewal notice. The legal team at our HO sent it back signed a few weeks later. However, in the meantime, they had already "auto renewed" our contract.(Believe they will auto renew 2 months prior to contract end date if they don’t hear from us).
Now get this. We were paying 23k and the rate after auto renewal was 45k. Almost double. No company will accept such an increase. Then when you go back, the sales guy’s tone will change. He will be aggressive and then they locked our office (changed the lock) without info (overnight). Then they will give you a few options - all in which your rate goes up significantly. And when you don’t agree, they will send it to their "collection wing".
Unbelivably unprofessional. Zero service when issues happen. Please stay away and beware of the auto renewal, which happens at card rate (which is a crazy rate that no one pays).
