Non disclosure of litigation/Liabilities on the land lead to prolonged litigation(over 10yrs). The land did not appreciate in value. The Reliaable Developers did not complete the club house facility& the sewage treatment plant. The Reddy’s participated in some initial meeting but completely obsolved themselves from the dispute. It was a bad experience.did no good to Reliaable Developers reputation
