I visited Phase-2 Dollar collony many times in last 4 months. Same condition not change. Visited nearby old layouts also which are old like gardenia, it’s in same bad situation. So please think multiple time before spending your hard money. Price quoted is double. at-least I am not going to wash my hard earned money. Now days BDA also has started making the layout themselves and pricing is around Rs 2000/sq ft. One latest new layout name is BDA Kempegowda Layout. Please check this and apply. Ample sites approx 5000. Now Bangalore Govt is coming up further with new layouts also where BDA sites will be available at very good price. Then why to stuck with private builder at such high price. I found BDA direct allotment a best option. I purely refrain from private builders.
