Service of Big TV is very poor, they are not providing all channels as promised for connection. Currently Star and Zee TV network channels are not available. The customer service does not provide any information properly, they are not providing the exact date when the channels will be available or either refunding the money so that we could go to another operator. Then customer service is very pathetic, they don’t understand the question properly and just hold the line not even transfer the line to escalate further. Their supervisor/managers don’t take call of customer for escalation.
They are trying to lure the new customer with cheap plans, however they provide only free to air channels. I would suggest not to take Big TV connection as the major network providers Star, Zee Sun etc are not providing telecast rights to BigTv.
