They are so pathetic and horrible that I dont want to spend even few mins to write anything about them. This is snapshot of my mail to nodal officer which again didnt show up any results.
Dear Mr Nodal Officer,
I am Rajesh. I am a victim of Reliance Big TV. My smart card no is 2007*. I am user of Reliance Big TV since past 4 years and at present going through the torture of your customer services.
I recently bought a new apartment and applied for shifting my connection on Dec 24. I got a call on Dec 26th from the person who got the work assigned that he is busy till 28th and hence he can only after 6 pm or on Sunday. My re-installation request was closed on 28th itself without even any person coming to my place. The big TV person I was interacting with can be contacted @ 93*7776.
It was fine for me till this point however he didnt turn up even on 29th and when I called him up he asked me to be at home and wait. We kept on waiting whole day and he didnt turn up.I called him up 3 times in between and he said he is on his way.
On 30th I escalated the case and I got assurance that the installation will be done same day, but again nobody turned up and to my surprise the request got closed again. Then finally Mr. 93*7776 started showing some mercy and came to my place after 18 calls. He asked me to carry his bag pack and then asked me to carry my dish all the way to terrace and was talking on a rude note.
I was shocked but thought probably he is frustrated with something that time. But it didnt stop there. He said he cant drill because his drill machine is packed. Can you believe this? I still didnt speak anything and got hold of my builders person who was working with drill on terrace. He agreed to make 3 holes for fitting the dish. Now all Mr.9379997776 had to do is to put 3 screws but even that he didnt do properly. You are more than welcome to come at my place and have a look at the dish yourself. The dish is just hanging.
However the horror didnt stop there and he asked me to push cable through the pipes made for cable connection. He was standing and telling me to do it. I lost patience this time and told this is your job and I think thats all he was waiting for. He vanished within 5 mins without putting any cables.
I called up again at reliance customer care, made an escalation and told them about the misbehavior by Mr.937776 and that still installation is pending. I was assured that some senior technician will be sent. But nobody turned up and in late evening my request was closed saying some technician visited and installation is completed. The installation money was also debited. When I called up Mr.937776, he was laughing and told I have fitted the dish now getting cable connected from the dish to TV is my responsibility.
I called up again yesterday and again asked for escalation but no calls or any attempt yet. I am sure that request will also be closed very soon. I dont have patience to raise another escalation for same issue. Shame on you guys. Seriously. Why dont you shut your shop and make the world a better place to live.
