Either there is connectivity issue or data card doesnt get recognized most of the times. Have sent emails to customer care, nodal care, appellate and head services to have the connection terminated and stop the billing.
All these customer support personnel do is send a standard reply which doesnt address the userd problem, that too after several reminders.
Personnel from Head.services said that on providing the email correspondence with customer care regarding termination request, hell have the charges waived. Upon providing the same, started saying lies and that he is helpless.
Already at loss due to the useless data card and to top it, waste of time by dealing with these unethical support people. Each time, Customer has to send a reminder to have his issue addressed! This seems to be a norm with your customer care, nodal etc. No point in paying the service tax as part of the bill then.
Customer care deliberately delayed deactivating the connection so as to charge the customer even while he is unable to use the internet service and charge thousands of rupees for their inaction. Later on, they start harassing the customer by sending notices etc.
