Customer Care and Technical team are too bad

I am using a Reliance Broadband Internet Service since Feb 2012 . 6 months ago, I got some technical problems with my connection, I continued to complain about it but in few day’s, means in 3-4 days automatically the complaint was resolved, without informing me. I need an internet service but here your technical team, not gives work hard and take my problem seriously. I have my registered complaint number, which are automatically resolved by technical field men.


And I am not paying out my balance amount until my connection is working properly.


Don’t use it.
