Provisioning the service is very prompt and provided free modem.
*Billing*
Doesnt matter how many time you subscribe for their ebill option, you;ll receive notification without the attachment. Their website so rudimentary it beats me.
*Plan options*
Ive chosen 899 plan that comes with 2 MBPS speed which is fairly good enough for my use and they are about 200 cheaper than airtel.
*Service*
Ive been using their service for more than 1.5 years. The service would be disrupted once in two month but in the last 3 months it was very frequent. The last straw that broke my faith in them is non- restoration of service for more than 20 days. After calling up every 3 days I finally gave up and requested them to disconnect. Funny thing is, after I got disconnect confirmation, I received 3 calls in an effort to restore the service including technician visit but I refused.
*Verdict:*
Check with your neighbor customer to see how the connection is holding up and if it is reasonably fine then it is fine. Else, look for alternative.
