These people think India is still a third world country, there is no difference in speed for plans of 800kbps, 1mbps, 2mbps. For them it is totally acceptable and is as per TRAI regulations if you get browsing speed of 500kbps on a 2mpbs plan.
No wonder how ambanis have got rich. they will close your complaints even without notifying you and asking you if the problem has been resolved. if you’re just a regular internet browser you won’t have much problem, but if you’re a person who downloads a lot of data like me, all the best and welcome to sh*tty world of reliance, you’re suffering is about to start.
If I could I would literally kick ar of their people whom they’ve recruited in their technical department, I bet a fifth grader knows more about internet and speeds then these people.
