I am kamal from chennai. I got Reliance Broadband last 9 months back. First 3 months dont have any problems on that connection. Last 5 months I faced lot of Complients till now I cant got connection. But Bill only Sent Each an every month. FYI See below mail attachements.Dear sir / madam,

First 3 month I didnt have any trouble at my connection. But last 3 month only I have lot of problems that prblms are corrected & repeated again. Last month unfortunetly the wire Lan is damaged. Till the date that wire not connected & they told again connection is immpossible. Please I need to maintain relationship with reliance & need broadband connection.
