I called them more 6 times for changing the plan but each time affinity was given rather than resolution..CE are there to waste our time rather to process our request.

These Indian companies are really sh*t companies. No one is willing to provide services but always ready to charge customers insofar possible. I asked many times to transfer my call to senior but no executive did that. No one is interested to provide quality services. No consumer forum of reliance where I can provide my grievances.
What to do next? I am going to destroy all the equips of reliance.
