I used Reliance Broadband Plus for a year and never felt good with the product. The issues are,
The connection reliability is worst. Connection will lost for sure within 30 min to 1 hour.
Customer care always fixes the issue over phone (If you complaint, they will ask you to change the network setting from Hybrid to Broadband or vice verse). No technical team visited me for the whole year.
You will get mail from RIL that your problem fixed without doing anything.
Totally waste of money.
