Pathetic connection, customer service and billing

I took Reliance wimax connection about 3 months ago and since the start was facing connection issues. I complained multiple times and all the time reps used to ask me to restart that after 2nd time I used to do myself w/o even calling them. Then they would register the complaint and give time of 24 hours. Almost always within a few hours internet use to start working only to stop in the night and same situation next morning.


On many occasions I asked them to fix the problem permanently but nothing was done. I asked for higher authorities where they gave me number of applet authority. After multiple complaints to them as well, finally the problem was fixed and it took them almost 3 months.


In between, I had 2-3 times faced a situation where there was no internet for 3-4 days and wasn’t able to connect at all. Other times, I faced downtime of half a day or sometimes full day and wasn’t able to work and serve my clients.


When I asked for a waiver for the problems faced for so many months I was given a waiver of mere 4 days. When I protested, I was asked to send an email to one email Id that doesn’t respond back.


Highly unsatisfied with the service of Reliance. I am stuck with them for the moment because of some personal reason otherwise, I will replace their service in the first chance I get.
