I tried different ISP’s but unfortunately all ended with negative feedback. The day I switched to Reliance Broadband, I hardly have to call customer support regards any issue. I am using 1MBPS Unlimited Plan with a monthly usage of around 40-50 GB.
I have never faced any connectivity issue regards to reliance in my area and the customer support is also very helpful when I faced an issue in the beginning of the connection.
I am not sure about other cities and area but in my area it is working best with full support.
