Wrong bills and fraud service

This is Bala from Ahmedabad, I used this service more than one year, but  every 3 months there were wrong bills. Regarding this I compliant  many  times, but they never rectified. On July 10th 2011 I applied to  terminate and I got call the same that my service closed. But after 4  months I got call from them to pay dues for August and September month  bills states that my service is in active so the dues has to pay. This  is completely fraud and now they sent legal notice. After this I took  another service provider and I shocked that  the data transfer rate is  very high in Rel.


Existing customers of this service can check the data  transfer rate which is very high that will finish your cap limit very  fast . I advice to new costumers to not to select any Reliance services  including mobile service, because today I went to webworld there are  around 14 customers are fighting regarding wrong bills and useless  services. All of the reliance customer care and services executives are  highly trained to cheat the customer. Guys just take care before going  to this service.
