I am using reliance broad band plus(reliance net connect) since last one year. My data card No.9373805914. When I purchased this broadband plus, I was convinced by reliance representative that the connectivity will be 100% in goa within next couple of week. I was not getting the proper connectivity of broadband plus since the date of its purchase. Most of the time I am not getting conectivity at all. After one year also there is very poor connectivity.
Recently I lodged a complaint in the helpline(complaint no.145780564)When I contacted the helpline, I was very shocked to hear the answer from the reliance representative that the connectivity will not be improve in future. Even they suggested me to go for TATA Photon or any other option. This is the way, this reliance is dealing with the customer.
Please help.
