I am a user of reliance broadband from last 8 months and along with I am also a user of BSNL broadband. Before comparing these two different broadband companies let me first give you a review of reliance broadband.
Earlier reliance was poor and its connectivity was not good. But in current from last 3 - 4 months some improvements.
Like earlier internet gets slow than fast, so there was a up-down in the connectivity. But now its stability is much much better. Reliance broadband is in top 7 in india in broadband companies. Here, I am using its combo plan of?750 which is amazing because it provides 2MBPS Unlimited.
The speed seems to be good but actually reliance us not providing 2mbps for all the time. Surfing speed is very good, no problem in that. When it comes to downloading speed its average. And also the downloading gets slow in between sometimes when the size of downloading is large for example 1gb, 2gb and above. I have not upload anyting via reliance broadband so I cannot tell about that but I have done via bsnl broadband. The cost of broadband plans of reliance are less compared to BSNL broadband.
The following are the wireline broadband plans of reliance( thunder plans): -
? 600 1Mbps Unlimited
? 700 2Mbps unlimited
? 900 4 Mbps till 30 gb and thereafter 1Mbps unlimited.
? 1100 4Mbps unlimited.
These plans are unlimited.
And now small comparision by Bsnl:
Surfing is slight better than reliance. Downloading is very very good as compared to reliance. For example if I am downloading same 1gb file by both the broadband than Bsnl will download in 1hour and reliance will download in 90-100 minutes.
No connection problem in bsnl, available for 24×7.
So I will recomend you to try on your own risk.
Its on your luck may internet work fine or not.
If you will try bsnl than you will be satisfied but is much expensive than reliance.
