Its been more than a month now since I’ve got reliance broad net and so far touch wood I’ve had a good experience , I stay in kandarpada , dahisar west ( mumbai )
Let me comment on the isp support first. I called reliance for help around twice and both times the technicians were very helpful and did not give me the run around , the first time I called was to get the connection set up right and the second time I called when I wasn’t able to connect to the internet and both times my issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction/ Let me now comment on. How has the ISP performance been so far
So far as a mentioned earlier touch wood I’ve had a good experience. I’ve taken the plan 600 kbps unlimited and with regards to speed and connectivity i’m a satisfied customer.I have read a lot of the reviews here about Reliance Broadnet. And I know that many wont agree with my review but I’ve had a good experience so far and I wish to keep having a good experience and so i’m sharing my view about Reliance Broadnet
