I want to share my experience, I took reliance broadnet connection 3 months back, using 150Kbps Flat unlimited 750 Rs Plan, i dont have bad experiences with Rel Broadnet, it just tooks 3 minutes to acquire IP address, sometimes it will exceed to 10 minutes, thats it, remaining connection and speed is everything awesome,
See if you use other services like wired connections, u will get problems on wire breakage or problems on network routing, but with this Wimax Rel Broadnet, (Semi Wired) Using Antenna , u will get internet without any Wire problems in streets, Even it is wireless I am getting better speed connection. if any body faced problems in network acquiring problems, its due to their lack of computer knowledge, it need little bit computer knowledge in network acquiring to ur pc, connection and speed is everything awesome,
If u faced any Network Acquiring problems, first u check u check the IP address is there or not, if not first click repair, and try for 2 to 3 times, if still u didt get it, disable it, and again enable, and try again, if click repair, surely u will get this time, and u need some softwares to install for better net conection, some softwares u have to install , the softwares that I installed in my pc are,
1) AVG (protecting from virus)
2) zone alarm ( internet security, stops intruders and acts like firewall and block intrusions)
3) Download accelerator ( for boosting dowloads and avoids breakage download)
4) Advanced Uninstaller (for removing history, temporary internet files, invalid registries, and many more)
5) Video accelorator (for getting better video online)
And my kind suggestion is , First Suspect your PC (i mean pc config) , before suspecting network provider, May be ur pc is not supported to receive large amount of data packets and net traffic,
Try with gud config pc, u will get gud connection, bcoz I faced this problem, In my pc i’m gettting gud speed, one day I changed net connection to other pc in my pc due to some reasons, connection is pathetic, too low, later I understood that, my 2nd pc has low pc configuration having ethernet internal lan card, not built in,
Tips to get internet connection better,
1) Check for viruses from antivirus software,
2) keep blocking popups from websites
3) disable windows automatic updates from controlpanel
4) update antivirus defnitions daily or frequently,
5) Use good internet browser (i’m using internet explorer 7)
6) delete temporray internet files, cookies, history and delete invalid registries from ur pc, I use advanced uninstaller software for this)
7) use download accelrator for better downloading
8) check pendrives with antivirus before u open, if u doubleclick pendrive which is having virus , will affect ur internet connection, slows down, it always runs in task manager , wasting ur pc usage,
finally be patience ....:)
