Here’s what happens with me all the time.
When I pay the bill these motherf****** take away my connection and after that they even take more than a week to solve my connectivity issue. I face this issue every month at least 3 times and these guys are so shameless that they wont deduct price from the bill. The bill stays the same.
After that I call them and curse them but its useless and they give me 24 hour window which is 24* 7 days as per their genius calculation. Last time they closed my issue without resolving it. Can you imagine how dumb they are!
When I talk to technical team they says reliance is a ’chor’ cheap company. They buy super cheap hardware to support our internet connection.Technical Team suggests I leave reliance and go for some other company.
I was waiting for their termination call and as usual they are late:-)
