From last few months I am using reliance broadband I am not satisfied from there service, few days a go my dsl wire got cut due to rain , I called the customer care and inform my problem they told with in 24 hour they will solve my problem.
12 days past problem was not solved, they gave me excuse that they are out of raw material, hahaha reliance big company not having the raw materiel is this the answer from them, my plan is 2mbps I don’t get the speed of my plan, my ping is not stable. I received many disconnection problem.
Reliance is the worst ISP. Totally I am not satisfied from there service, I think they are running a fake company.
They just take money from people and not provide proper services. I want you people to know how this company is fooling us.
