No respect for customers' time

Extremely efficient sales was followed up by God-awful post sales service. In fact, non-existent post sales service.


Their installation team made me wait, miss work, miss doctors appointments, travel across cities, return home and wait for nothing, while repeatedly promising to come and install it.


They made me return from


Mumbai to Bangalore, insisting that their installation team would turn up. No luck there. They made me skip doctors appointments saying that their installation teams were going to turn up. Again, no sign of them. They made me take leave off work twice, saying that their installation people would turn up. I wasted 2 days of work, with sign of them.


I guess this is Reliance ADA’s way of preventing customers from realizing how terrible their quality of service and product are.


Their helpdesk has no idea what installation team is up to. Their sales team has no idea what the installation and helpdesk teams are doing. Their executive team has no idea what the rest of their teams are up to. Talk about a shoddy organization!


Steer clear of it!
