My reliance broadband is not working for the past 15 days. I have lodged numerous complaints with the customer care.The worst part is that they close the complaint without the issue being resolved.
When I asked for refund they said that refund is possible only when complaint lasts longer than 72 hours. And since Reliance Customer care are closing my complaint without even concerning me I am not even eligible for refund.
I really dont know to whom I am supposed to escalate my complaint. The customer care dont provide number of the manager or technical person incharge. The customer care & Technical back end team are useless and I mean it.The customer care takes the complaint, and the back end team closes it without rectifying it. Also I cant even see the status of the complaint through complaint id on internet. So I have no idea if they closed the complaint or not.
Anyone who plans on taking Reliance broadband plans(I have thunder 699 plan) please think twice and dont throw away your money on this fraud company.
