Got 4Mbps new connection on 1st April for few days it was working good. Then suddenly the speed dropped to 0.1Mbps ( which is equivalent to disconnection).
When called to customer care they said that it will take 2 weeks for the speed to come to normal. 2 weeks. :D I am using this connection for my company and cannot wait for 2 weeks.
Customer care said that its all India outage called "20th April Outage". Applied for Airtel hope that will be good.
