This is the most pathetic Internet service I have ever used and that is saying something. My internet plan was for 512kbps but most of the time doing a speed test(from reliance’s own website) found it to be in between 300-350!
On asking to upgrade they told me to wait 15 days to cancel the present connection and to apply for a new one.After 15 days they call and gives me a lecture on my budget and says its a network problem and refuse to upgrade it! After 2 months there has been no change in the speed and the Internet connection is the most unreliable of all. It disconnects atleast twice daily and takes its sweet time to come back. I could keep on writing about reliance but u get what I mean right?
