I feel absolutely exasperated after having undergone this harrowing experience. I opted for the 400 kbps unlimited home plan offered by Reliance Broadnet.Please note that the Reliance people wasted no time to land up at my office to collect the installation fee.
But once it was installed, right from day two of installation, the connectivity was non existent. It seemed that the signal was very weak and no response was received even though packets were being sent.
Every time I called up the customer care they would lodge a new complaint and close it the next day without even informing me. In fact the customer care told me that they had closed all the complaints after conforming from to me ! This is the height of unprofessionalism, with no accountability whatsoever.
The customer care people are extremely dumb and sound very irritating with their fake assurances. In all they gave me some four complaint numbers and did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. This continued for about a week. Finally I have now got frustrated and stopped calling after having asked to discontinue the service. The worst part is that I wont be getting the installation charges back. So I have told them I wont hand over the equipment unless they return back the installation charge. This is sheer extortion. The service is so pathetic that I am not going to buy any Reliance product in future.
