I applied for broadband connection on 20 july 2008 but after one month on 20th August I applied for cancellation of my connection as it was not provided me till that date.
Two times there agent came and told me that connection will be provided within week but when I finally reached there office they informed me that still there is no wiring done in my locality and it will take more then month.
So I applied for cancellation and they accepted my request and assured me that I will get my refund through courier in 15 days time. But today it is more then 40 days and I still I didn’t get my refund of just 250/- . So guys, beware of relaince sales team. I think Mr Anil Ambani is in serious crisis as they don’t have just 250 Rs to refund.
