I had taken reliance net connect with broad band+ option seeing their much hyped 3.1 Mbps speed of connectivity.
Their support is very good till issuing connection and activating the product. But when I started to use the plugin device to browse I landed in very bad results. In the beginning I thought may be because of my firewall it’s happening so. Then I removed my firewall and closed all other apps.
Then I tested the internet speed it is very poor around 0.1 MBPS. I tried to contact the support team but of no use. Coverage icon in the net connect tool is also showing full coverage. I tried Broadband+, hispeed1X , Hybrid connections but of no difference. Very poor browsing and downloading speeds compared to my existing dialup connection. There may be variation in the internet speeds but this the heights of cheating customers promising High speeds and better coverage.Worst part of this is it is taking ages to download a document from gmail also. Forget about sites which will use flash and other stuff. It is very bad experience for me with this gadget.
