This is related to the disservice provided by reliance broadband. My connection was deactivated the very next day after making a payment (10 days before the due date).
For over 45 days I had made enough complaints, visited to their centre at JVPD vileparle. To my surprise, I was made run behind the bushes, asking to contact different persons who are responsible.
One fine day I was attended by a person who acknowledged me that there was no data about my connection as per their records. I was surprised as I had all my bills and the mentioned account numbers on the same.
Finally I was advised to cancel the account which was already deactivated by Reliance without any reason and so I accepted the advise to deaactivate my account. Its been 10 days and Reliance has levied a charge of 3500/- for deactivating my account.
Its is very disappointing for a person who complaint could not be registered as Reliance had no details in their records and finally levies the charges for deactivation...... Reliance broadband..... The THUGS!!!
