I have had a contract with Reliance B Band for the past one year. Recently we did an upgrade to a faster service. Big mistake: for at least 2 weeks for the past 8 months, we have had no internet service. What is really irritating is that we are being asked by Reliance Customer Service to pay the full bill, even though there is no internet service.
I have tried to cancel the contract with Reliance, and they send me e mails to ask them to continue with them. Crocodile tears!
I urge anyone to keep well away from Reliance Broadband.
