This is about Vodafone USB internet service.since there is no separate forum I thought I would add my reviews here.
I would strongly recommend not to go for the pathetic service that Vodafone provides! Reasons being:
1.We were harrassed for one whole month for jus one stupid verification inspite of providing all d documents to them on time
2.They asked for documents like flat agreement copy and NOC from my mother’s place of work as if they r giving us a Rs.50 lakh loan or something
3.Inspite of submitting all documents, every 4 days connection used to be suspended
4.Empoyees at Vodafone outlet were extremely rude and ask us to discontinue services if v r unhappy
5.Call center people and staff at outlet used to give us different information everytime we approached they.highly inefficient!
The cost of the connection is Rs. 2500+ monthly bill
OVERALL PATHETIC SERVICE.DONT GO FOR IT.
